- Typically processing takes 3-5 days and shipping takes 10-12 days to arrive.
POLICY: NO RETURNS. All items are final sale. Because each item is made to order, we unfortunately can't accept returns for wrong sizing or buyers remorse. Please double check sizing before you order, and if you have any questions please contact us first via email : firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns will only be accepted for items the customer receives that are damaged.
CONDITIONS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with the tags still attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our guidelines.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please email our Customer Service Department immediately at email@example.com. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
